Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Jade Reef products. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe the age requirement has not been satisfied.

Dietary Supplement Information

Jade Reef products are sold as dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Product Information

Batch-specific analytical information is provided to increase transparency regarding product composition. Laboratory testing does not constitute a representation or guarantee that a product will produce a particular effect for any individual.

Orders

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including because of inventory limitations, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, regulatory considerations, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the cancelled portion of the order.

Prices and Payment

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes may be added to the purchase price.

Payments are currently processed through hosted checkout services provided by Wave. When using an external payment checkout, you may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.

Shipping

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Shipping availability, charges, estimated processing times, and carrier information are described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once a shipment has been transferred to a carrier, delivery timing and scanning events are affected by the carrier's operations.

Returns and Order Issues

Because dietary supplements are ingestible products, opened products are generally not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise affected by a fulfillment issue, contact us promptly so we can review the circumstances.
