Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping

Shipping charges are displayed before purchase when applicable. Orders meeting the current free-shipping threshold may qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier after shipment.

Returns

Because dietary supplements are ingestible products, opened products are generally not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise has a fulfillment issue, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.
